牛肉とごぼうの焼肉風炒め

牛肉とごぼうの焼肉風炒め
材料（3人分）
・牛肉
（バラこま切れ）…200g
【牛肉の下味】
・酒…大さじ1
・焼肉のタレ…大さじ3
・ごま油…小さじ1
・おろし生姜…少々
・ごぼう…150g
・人参…50g
・塩胡椒…少々
・醤油…大さじ1/2
・小葱…30g
作り方
ごぼう・人参は、
水分が蒸発してパサパサになってしまうので、
ふんわりとラップをかけてから、『チン！』
してね♪
小葱はすぐに火が通っちゃうので、
火を止めてから、加えるようにしてね！
小葱は細かく刻まんで、
適当な長さに切ってから入れるけん
めんどくさくないし、色味も映えるし、たっぷり食べられるしで、
一石三鳥～｡ﾟ+.ヽ(´∀`*)ﾉ ﾟ+.ﾟ
